Sentul, 30 November 2025 – Amid the growing trend of healthy living, The Alana Hotel & Conference Center welcomed a community of wellness-minded individuals on Saturday morning, 29 November 2025. That morning, the Vertikal Room on the 11th floor was transformed into a serene yoga-style studio for the Barre Party, led by certified instructors Aline, Sary, and Meiga. Through low-impact movements that combine the precision of ballet with the calming flow of yoga, participants were guided to strengthen their bodies while finding mental clarity. 

More than just a physical workout, the event offered an experience that enriched both social and personal well-being.
