Young Barists And Professional Bartenders Showing Up At The Bar Specialist Competition

The Bar Specialist Coffee Latte Art & Mocktail Presentation Competition was successfully held on Wednesday, June 7, at The Alana Hotel & Convention Center - Solo. At the Aquamarine Pool & Bar, up to 20 student participants from vocational schools and universities in Solo and up to 20 professional bartenders from hotels and bars in Central Java demonstrated their abilities in an occasion that served as an oasis for the food and beverage industry after the pandemic for the previous two years.
